
Yaduvanshi Tourist Service’s cancellation and refund policy is disclosed to customers on the website and must be accepted during the order process. Upon submitting the order, the policy will be sent to customers with the order confirmation email.
Cancellation Policy:
Yaduvanshi Tourist Service has a lenient cancellation policy to assist its customers as much as possible. The policy is as follows:
- Cancellation received more than 15 days prior to arrival – 25% of the total billing.
- Cancellation received less than 14 and up to 8 days prior to arrival – 50% of the total billing.
- Cancellation received less than 7 days prior to arrival – 100% of the total billing.
Refund Policy:
For unused or unutilized services that have been paid for and cancelled in advance, the refund amount will be determined based on the aforementioned cancellation policy, and the payment will be refunded accordingly to the person who made the payment. Please keep in mind that the refund process may take 2-4 weeks due to banking procedures. If the refund is made to a credit card or bank account, bank charges will be deducted from the refund amount.
